Terms and Conditions
The Pine Lodge is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us.
Rates/policies are subject to change and may vary during high impact periods and special requests.
One day bookings are subject to reassignment to the most comparable cabin available.
Note - Our family cabins are mostly open floor plans, designed for parents & children, not more than 2 adults.

Check-out: 10:00 AM.
Absolutely No Smoking Inside Cabins
$10 per night per dog will be added to your final bill. Excessive cleanup from pet accidents or shedding fur will be charged a cleanup fee at the rate of $30 per hour.
Dogs are not allowed to be left alone in cabins un-caged. Dogs must be on a leash at all times outside of your cabin.
An advanced payment of 50 percent of the total is collected upon reservation. The balance is due upon check-in.
A 100% advanced payment may be required for multiple room bookings, whole house bookings and for some holidays and special events.
If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us as soon as possible so we can try to re-rent your cabin.
We will refund your deposit minus a $25.00 cancellation fee if the cabin is re-rented.
A $25 processing fee will be retained on all cancellations.
